Meet the Founder

I am Dr. Daly.

A doctor by training. A mother by transformation.

Double board certified Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

01 · How I practice

Nine things I believe, in my own words.

I practice evidence-based medicine.

Bring me the article you saved, the supplement your friend swears by, and I will look at it with you, honestly.

If you come to me with a symptom, I want to find what is causing it.

The real answer is rarely in the first thing you say. It lives a few questions deeper.

I prioritize prevention.

I would rather catch something early, or prevent it altogether, than chase it later.

I am a minimalist with medication.

I will not prescribe what you do not need, and when you do, I will explain exactly why.

I believe lifestyle is medicine.

Food, sleep, movement, stress, relationships, sun, joy. We will talk about all of it.

I believe in cultural humility.

Your background, your beliefs, and your lived experience all belong in your care plan.

I believe in continuity.

Knowing you over time is how I catch what a single visit never could.

I believe in unhurried visits.

I am going to ask, and I am going to listen.

I believe in compassion, never judgment.

I have skipped my own workout, eaten the cake, and gone to bed far too late. We are all working on it.

02 · The origin

New York directness, Southern warmth, and a life in between.

Dr. Daly seated outdoors with her husband and their two young children

I am the daughter of immigrants who sacrificed everything so I could become the first doctor in our family.

My parents came from Bangladesh and built their life on hard work, education, and faith. I was born and raised in New York City. Through traveling, I met my husband, strangers seated at the same table on the first night of a cruise ship called Destiny. I was a dog mom first, to our goldendoodle Scheyer. Then came my son and daughter, eighteen months apart, who have taught me more about caring for human beings than medical school ever did.

I was trained in modern medicine and raised on the naturopathic care, holistic lifestyle, and culinary medicine that generations of Bengali women in my family practiced long before any of it had a name. And like you, I am a working mom in the throes of the small-children years, doing my best to make medicine feel like medicine again.

02 · The women who built me

Four women shaped the way I care.

Choose a portrait to read how each one still shows up in the way I practice.

03 · Who I care for

I chose both, because I could not give up either.

Pediatrics is where my joy lives, caring for babies and laying the foundation of a healthy life from day one. Internal Medicine is where my mind lives, thinking through the complexity of caring for a woman across every decade.

Together, that dual training means your whole family in one trusted relationship. I am your children’s doctor from newborn to teenager, and your doctor through every season of womanhood, from your first period through postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
